Traditional grape spirit distilled from the pressings of the Collective's own winemaking. Clear, clean, and surprisingly refined when served ice-cold. The custom is to drink it with dried fruit, nuts, and good conversation — ideally at sunset, ideally on a terrace overlooking the marina. Cyprus's answer to grappa, with its own quiet elegance.
